Since graduating Amy has worked for clients including Penguin, Tesco, Quarto and The Radio Times. As well as working on design and publishing commissions, Amy sells illustrated prints under the name of Hello Grimes.
Particularly inspired by nature and the natural patterns found there, Amy’s bright and bold illustrations, feature botanical motifs, leafy landscapes and folklore themes.
Amy’s work is created digitally, on an iPad. Hand-painted textures are then painted, scanned in and layered over the digital image in photoshop, to create digital collages with a painterly feel.
