We will be opening the studio on Saturday 6 & Sunday 7 September, from 11am to 5pm, as part of the BS5 Art Trail
You’ll be able to see work created by our resident artists and also take part in drop in workshops.
Plus on Saturday 6 September Alex Does Coffee will be onsite selling hot drinks a cake from her van in our car park.
Workshops & Activities:
All Weekend – Silent Art Auction
We will be running a silent Art Auction with money raised going to help children and families in Gaza via MAP / medical aid for Palestinians. A5 artwork and other items created by In Bristol Artists past & present will be on display throughout the weekend and visitors will be able to bid on the piece or pieces that would like to own, with the winning bids being announced on Tuesday 9 September. Why not make your own costume for the competition at 3pm? Free drop-in workshop to decorate your very own thumb (wrestler). Suitable for 8 years+
Barton Hill has been chosen to host this year’s contest – a fun, participatory but deadly serious event run by Judey Woo and friends. Sign up at 3pm – don’t miss out, limited places. Suitable for 8 years +.
