Amber Griffin is an illustrator and maker based in Bristol, UK. Her work mainly focuses on women, still life and nature, with a fair bit of nudity thrown in.
After graduating from Interior Architecture Amber craved a route that was less technical and more playful and therefore fell into illustration. With a modern and fun approach, she uses vivid colours and simplistic lines to create her distinctive naive hand-drawn style and aims to keep a childlike humour to all her drawings. Amber works on anything from print design and magazine commissions to large scale murals. Her work has been featured in magazines such as Oh Comely and Pipette and she has worked for brands like Beija London. She has also done a lot of work with Betty Collective, which is an online platform for young women.
