How long have you been in your practice?
I am relatively new to ceramics. I graduated from Bath Spa University with BA (Hons) 3D Design:Ceramics in 2010. Since then, I have shared Space 1, InBristol Studio, with Jane Skuse and Jo Corbett.
What do you like about the studio?
The studio is very relaxed and welcomes all Art and Craft makers.
What’s inspiring you at the moment?
I do not have a specific style. I make large coiled and burnished vessels, framed porcelain art, porcelain wall hanging and mugs. At the moment I am exploring Agate ware. This is a very old technique but I hope to give it a new twist.
What did you eat for breakfast?
Granola, berries and full fat Greek yoghurt then a mug of black tea. Perfect.
Who’s your creative crush?
What tool couldn’t you live without?
Snap off craft knife. So cheap yet so very versatile.
